Fashionette Raises Capital from Sirius Venture Partners

German fashion rental service Fashionette has won over Sirius Venture Partners as investors. American role models for Fashionette were reported by Exciting Commerce last June: From Bags To Riches or Bag, Borrow or Steal, who after a $10 million capital round last year can boast $27 million of investment financing. In Germany, Luxusbabe has a similar business model.

At Fashionette, women can rent handbags, jewellery and other fashion articles by the week. Whoever rents the article long enough to reach the purchase price can keep it.
